pink i

So, Kennedy has pink eye. It's crazy how I can have an 11 year old and this be the first time I've dealt with pink eye. The doctor is starting to remember me by my first name...there was once a time when I only took my kids to the doctor for their annual check-ups. Now, they're getting things that don't yield to the 3 day rule, only to prescription medicine! I've learned that there are at least 2 medicines that I have needed for my children within the past year that are crazy expensive: ear drops and eye drops! I've dropped $60 for each of them...and that is after insurance! But, I am thankful that we do have insurance and that we do not need medicine all the time. This is nothing compared to what some mother's are facing.

In all circumstances, I will give thanks to God.

I used to get pink i like every 2 months when I worked with the school dist. Fun times! Did she wake up ad have her eye gooped shut? Thats the BEST!!! Not really...it takes a lot of warm cloths to break that junk up!

Hope she feels better!
