I have been working a lot. Okay, so not 40 hours a week, but close enough. Unfortunately, I am not keeping up, so this week would NOT be a good time to just drop in.
Doing this has deepened my appreciation for working moms. I still have no clue how my mom did it. Seriously. She kept the house running smoothly while working full-time and raising a lot of kids. Just not sure how she made it all click.
But...Great news! We have a contract on our house. I'm just taking it one step at a time here, because its rather bittersweet. So, I'm asking for your prayers. We had to drop the price lower than what we paid for it when we bought it (4 years ago). We are working with our mortgage company on this, and aren't exactly sure what it all means or what our next steps are. I am so thankful that someone wants to make it their home, but I'm also a bit, well, scared of the bottom line.
With that being said, I am holding my head up and claiming that the God I serve is the Creator of the universe, the Breather of life. He will make a way. He will be faithful. And, I will live like I believe He is who He is.

As for the working mom thing, how many hours are you working?? You know you can come to me with any questions because I've got it all figured out, having been a working mom for 4 1/2 years now. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA....Just kidding! You'll never figure it out! Or, just about the time you do, something will change! You just have to live with the insanity and pray that people who visit your house won't be too disgusted by the mess. My trick is to imagine that I'm a double agent, since it kinda feels like I've got two lives going on sometimes...
Hooray!!! I'll be praying that it all goes through!! We also had to drop our house price down lower than what we paid in FL. So, we made now money and actually had to pay some. God will work it out!!!
