So, I've been sick since Friday. I thought it was a virus that would go away after a few days, or at least show signs of improvement. (Those 2 very beautiful days that everyone spent outside biking with their kids, I spent inside sleeping under thick blankets.) By today, I had showed no signs of improvement, actually I felt worse!
Fever, headache, sore throat, swollen glands, achy back...all symptoms of something. Well, today, Jason took the afternoon off and took me to the doctor. I haven't been to the doctor for a sickness for about 8 years.
Got in the room, praise God, fever was 102.7. (At least they'll know I am sick!)
Strep test=negative Ugh! I was hoping for a real reason for feeling like this.
...But wait, the doctor said that I have a throat infection. He prescribed an antibiotic (free at Meijer). Yay! I will feel better in a couple of days!
Thank you to my very dear friend who offered to help in any way you could. You are so sweet!
& sorry to all of you I might have infected in the meantime!
