Oh, man. She is so cute. We're gonna miss this, right? How do you make sure you enjoy the moment? How do you make sure you remember? Photo albums?? They're wonderful... but what about the smell of 2 year old Kennedy's hair? What about the sound of her 2 year old laugh? What about the soft smoothness of her 2 year old skin? How do you bottle that? How do you save it? Remember it? Log it in your brain?? I wish I knew. I blog about it. Write it. Journal it. But, in the end, it just can't be bottled and saved. You've got one chance to live it.

I know, Sarah. I hear exactly what you are saying. You can't capture it. The farther I go away from their baby days, the more I long for a time machine.
