celebrating

On Friday night, I had the chance to celebrate my husband. It was a celebration of his most recent accomplishment: earning his Master's degree. Yay Jason!

For this momentous occasion, we kept the chips and dip in the cabinet and got out the stuffed mushrooms and shrimp cocktail. (Thanks, Jenni!) We dressed up and enjoyed a sit down meal with some very special people and great conversation. (We can never go through a meal without laughing when Giertz is at the table!) Jason's parents, my parents, and Jason's sister and her husband joined us as we celebrated. It was a great night!
