I was just thinking today as I had to make a choice between getting my two little ones ready for school or getting me ready for the day. (Now that I'm on the sub list, I try to get myself at least halfway ready, so I can get out the door on time in case I get a call. But, if I don't get a call by a certain time, I postpone my prep until the kids leave.)
Anyway, what I was thinking was this: wouldn't it be nice if, for just one day, my life was like a sitcom? Seriously. Those people are totally ready for the day- and dressed in some pretty cool outfits that totally flatter their figures - make-up, hair, and even their houses are clean. They totally have time for coffee at Starbucks, lunch at the local diner, and a trip to the hospital just to hang out. And, if they fold clothes, they only fold like 2 pieces at a time.

that would be amazing! they have perfect figures without ever working out, plenty of money without working and perfectly decorated and always in style homes without lifting a finger! fun to think about!
that made me laugh....when I see what I look like when I wake up in the morning I think, "Why do I have to fix myself everyday???" Well, maybe when we get to heaven it'll be a different story!
