2 things

That's what Jaxon says to us when he wants to interrupt us and ask us something. "Dad, 2 things: . . . ." then he proceeds to ask us two questions, usually forgetting the second one, thinking for a minute, then continuing, "Oh, yeah, here's the second."

I haven't posted for a while (though I do have quite a bit to blog about), so I thought I'd just tell you two things about me that you may or may not have known.

1. I want to be a rancher. Live on a farm. Raise and ride horses. Make big cowboy breakfasts for the ranch hands as Jason works our land with scruff on his face and mud on his jeans. I know, crazy.

I was pretty excited about a month ago when Jason announced that he wanted to move to Texas and buy a ranch.

It was short lived.

Maybe about 5 minutes or so.

But, I was excited for those few minutes.

Oh well, being a coach's wife will just have to do.

2. I love movies with happy endings. (Life has enough valleys that I really don't enjoy watching someone else go through them on the big screen.) And, yep, that includes the cheesy Disney movies. They're safe.

And, I don't just watch a movie once. I will watch it over and over and over and over again - driving Jason crazy.

This process continues for about a week or two, maybe three.

I will watch sad movies, but I don't make a habit out of it. So, don't bother buying me The Notebook or A Walk to Remember.

And, I've never seen Titanic. Gasp!
